Are you interested in understanding Traditional Chinese Medicine and using it to better your health, your work, and your relationship to the world? Then these classes are for you! This is what whole medicine is all about.
In each class we will explore a meridian, where it moves through the body, important points and postures that you can hold to bring balance to that channel or others and how this connects to you and your ability to find calm, joy, and presence. This class will be personal, practical and inspirational. It will bring a deeper knowledge of how we are all interconnected with our bodies, with others and with the world.

In this workshop we will be focusing on compassionate awareness, embodied stress release, increasing resilience and making heart connections to ourselves and those around us.

Personality and Purpose from a Traditional Chinese Medicine Perspective
In this workshop you will learn which 5 Element Personality traits you exhibit and how you can incorporate this awareness in to your purpose, health, relationships, career and way of moving in the world.
