"I am a Health Consultant, Coach, and teacher of Yoga and Qi gong with a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Herbology. I specializes in Stress, Trauma, Depression and Anxiety. What most excites me is creating a compassionate and inspirational place for humans to connect with their giant hearts, their passion, their joy, the wisdom that lives within their bodies. I aim to create platforms to extend that connection to their purpose and the larger body of the world.
We begin with the physical body, exploring your physical, emotional and psychological patterns and learning tools to bring your whole body into balance. Through this exploration, we come to a deeper understanding of the obstacles that get in the way of your greater wellness, purpose or joy. We develop practices that are in alignment with who you are, that can bring you to your highest possibilities right now! As you experience calm and balance and practice hearing and acting upon the voice of the wise, clear heart, your perspective profoundly shifts and the world around you also begins to shift into a place where you experience more connection, joy, peace of mind and success on the deepest levels.
As a coach, my joy is to keep compassion close as we open doors, embrace our shadows and our mysteries, experience more awareness and sensitivity, more life, and to facilitate presence, wellness, balance, open exploration, curiosity, wonder and movement in the world, that is timely and guided by the most inspirational part of you, your heart, your source."
